Refund Policy

Last updated June 13, 2026

This policy covers trials, cancellations, and refunds for Simple Approvals subscriptions.

01Free plan

The Free plan costs nothing and requires no payment details, so there is nothing to refund. You can use it for as long as you like.

02Your 7-day free trial

Every Pro plan starts with a 7-day free trial. We show you the date of your first payment before you start, and we only charge you when the trial ends. Cancel any time before then and you won't be charged at all.

03Cancellation

You can cancel Pro at any time from your billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and then reverts to Free. We don't delete your submissions, files, or forms; they simply move back within the Free plan's limits.

04Refunds on subscription charges

Because every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial, subscription charges are generally non-refundable. The trial is your chance to make sure Simple Approvals is right for you, and you can cancel any time before a renewal to avoid the next charge. If something genuinely went wrong, such as an accidental renewal or a duplicate charge, email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll review it and make it right.

05Add-ons

Extra seats and storage are billed on the same cycle as your plan and are prorated when you add them. Like subscription charges, add-on charges are non-refundable, but you can reduce or remove add-ons at any time from your billing settings to stop future charges for them.

06How payments & refunds are processed

Payments are handled by Paddle, acting as our Merchant of Record. Any refund we approve is issued by Paddle back to your original payment method and may take a few business days to appear. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under your local law; those are honoured in line with Paddle's buyer terms and applicable regulations.

07How to request

For a billing question or refund request, email support@simpleapprovals.com with your account email and the date of the charge. The more detail you can include, the faster we can help.
